If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason, please review this refund policy for more information on how we will help you remedy this situation. This policy applies to retail orders placed through our online store at https://margaritaman.com/store/
Orders placed by commercial accounts or other wholesale customers have their own separate return policies outlined in their operating agreement with Margarita Man.
Damaged Products
We package our products very well so that they will survive the journey from our manufacturing facility to your front door. While it is extremely rare, our shipping company does occasionally damage a package. We will gladly ship a replacement product to you if your product arrives damaged. If you were ordering your product for a special event and it is not possible for us to issue a replacement product to arrive in time for your event, we will issue you a refund for the damaged product if you prefer. To request a refund, please reply to the automated order confirmation email you received when placing your order, or contact us via email or telephone. All product replacements and refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving your product.
Unsatisfied with Mix Product
The Margarita Man® name has been associated with premium, gourmet products for over 35 years. We aren’t looking to make a quick sale; we want to develop long-term relationships with our satisfied customers. It’s the reason we’ve been in business since 1984.
If you receive mix that you are unsatisfied with, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to either replace your product with something you are satisfied with, or refund your money. It’s your choice. If it is for one to six bottles of product, we will replace or refund those products without requesting that you return the original product(s) to us. If it is for seven or more bottles, we may request that you return any remaining unopened product to us. Please contact us before returning any product to us so that we may assist you with additional packing and shipping instructions.
Frozen Beverage Machines
All sales of frozen beverage machines are final. If a machine order is cancelled before it ships, only 75% of the machine purchase is refundable. Machine orders CANNOT be cancelled once they have shipped.
If you order a machine and it arrives damaged, we will work with the customer, the machine manufacturer, and the freight company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This may involve repairing, replacing, or refunding the machine.
