Margarita Man Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at margaritaman.com! All orders placed on our website ship from our Margarita Man® bottling and logistics warehouses located in Stillwater, Oklahoma. We strive to process orders in a timely fashion in order to get our delicious frozen beverages in our customers’ hands as quickly as possible. Please read below to see our shipping policies. Please note that these policies apply to retail orders placed on our website and shipped as individual packages. Large wholesale orders that are shipped via freight shipping on pallet(s) vary on a case-by-case basis depending on the size of the order. For freight shipping times, please contact our office.
Shipment Processing Time
We process orders every business day (M/Tu/W/Th/F), excluding holidays. Orders received before 2:00 pm Central Time on a business day are guaranteed to ship that same day. We may continue to process orders up until 4:00 pm CT depending on our order volume and inventory, but we ask that you call our office to verify if you need an order to ship same-day between 2:00-4:00 pm CT. We do NOT ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Friday will ship on Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday).
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders placed from our website via UPS®. We offer UPS Ground® shipping, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS Next Day Air®. Saturday delivery may be available in your area, but it is not available in all areas. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact our office to verify availability and to place your order. Since we cannot force UPS® to deliver on Saturday, we do NOT guarantee that Saturday deliveries will arrive on time.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as UPS® cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do however ship to military bases and other similar addresses that require United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver. If you require a USPS delivery, please contact our office so that we may place the order for you manually. We are happy to offer discounted wholesale pricing for orders shipped to military bases. USPS delivery is not available directly from our online checkout screen, so you must contact our office.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are dependent upon when your order was placed, where you are located, as well as what shipping method was selected. For example, an order placed before 2:00 pm CT on Monday via UPS 2nd Day Air® is guaranteed to arrive by Wednesday. However, if that same order is placed at 4:45 pm CT on Monday using UPS 2nd Day Air®, it will arrive on Thursday since it will not ship until Tuesday.
UPS Ground® order delivery times vary based on location. We ship from our warehouses located in Oklahoma. If you are geographically located near Oklahoma, you may receive your UPS Ground® order within one to two business days. If you are located further from Oklahoma, your UPS Ground® delivery time may be 3-5 business days or more. CLICK HERE to see estimated delivery times via UPS Ground® from our Oklahoma shipping warehouse. Please note that these are only estimated times, and not guarantees. If you require guaranteed delivery by a specific date, please select UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS Next Day Air®.
Free Shipping Conditions
Free shipping is available on retail orders (not discounted wholesale orders) placed on our website when ordered by the full case. There are six (6) bottles in a case, so the following quantities qualify for free shipping: 1 case (6 bottles), 2 cases (12 bottles), 3 cases (18 bottles), etc. You may mix and match different flavors to fill a case and qualify for free shipping. However, partial cases (less than 6 bottles, or 7-11 bottles, 13-17 bottles, etc.) do NOT qualify for free shipping. All Free Shipping orders are shipped via UPS Ground® and will arrive based on transit times from Stillwater, Oklahoma, to your location. See previous paragraph for more information on estimated ground shipping times.
Shipping Guarantees
We guarantee that orders placed before 2:00 pm CT on a business day (M/Tu/W/Th/F), excluding holidays, will ship that same day. Orders placed after that time may ship the following business day. We also guarantee that we will ship your order using the shipping method that you selected. If we fail to ship your order on time or ship using a different method that causes a delay, we will either ship it to you using a faster delivery method at our own expense, cancel your order and issue a full refund before it ships, or refund all or some of your shipping costs.
However, we do NOT guarantee that UPS® will fulfill their estimated delivery times, as we have no control of your order once it leaves our facility. You may be able to get a full or partial shipping refund by contacting UPS® if your order is delayed past its guaranteed delivery time.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
All orders placed on margaritaman.com will receive an automated email containing your order tracking information once your order has shipped. Emails are sent approximately 1-2 hours after we generate your shipping label. Please note that the tracking information will not reflect that your package has been picked up until after the carrier has picked it up from our warehouse and checked it in at their distribution facility (orders are typically scanned at the UPS® distribution facility some time between 6-10 pm CT each day). If you placed your order before 2 pm on a business day and did NOT receive a shipping confirmation email by 5 pm, please check your spam folder and make sure that you entered your email address correctly on your order.
Local Pickup
If you live near Stillwater, Oklahoma, and you prefer to pick up your order in person to save on shipping, please contact our office to place your order in advance so that we may have it ready for you when you arrive. We will generate an invoice for you manually that does not include shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages
While we are not technically liable for packages lost or damaged in transit by the carrier, customer satisfaction is a key pilar that our company is built on. If your package was lost or damaged during transit, please contact our office so that we may help you resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We have multiple ways that we may resolve these issues, including issuing full or partial refunds, shipping replacement products, and more.
